My Story
Hi there! My name is Jacey Payne, and I am an artist from Arkport, New York.
I have always loved being creative and bringing joy to others, and art is one of the ways I have been able to do that! Creating allows me to express ideas and emotions in a way that words sometimes cannot.
I believe that film and photography help us capture memories that might otherwise be forgotten. They allow us to preserve moments in time and share stories that connect people.

Education
I am currently attending college at PennWest Edinboro for a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in digital filmmaking and photography. I plan to graduate after the fall semester of 2027.
I attended school at Arkport Central School from kindergarten through my senior year and graduated in 2025.
During my time at high school, I earned my associate's degree online through Corning Community College.
Personal
Besides being an artist, I am also a daughter, sister, friend, and dog lover.
When I am not creating art, you can usually find me outside on a run, spending time in the sun, or inside watching movies with my two dogs, Dwight and Saylor.
But my favorite place to be is at the beach. My family and I frequently vacation to Topsail Island, North Carolina. While I’m there, I love soaking in the beauty of the ocean with my camera, searching for shark teeth, and relaxing by the shore.
